By accessing or using tripproof.ai (the “Service”), provided by Celaris Labs, Inc. (“Celaris Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

tripproof.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate travel itineraries, recommendations, and trip summaries (“AI Content”).

• AI is an Assistant, Not an Agent: AI Content can contain mistakes, outdated prices, closed venues, or inaccuracies. Celaris Labs does not act as a licensed travel agency or booking provider.
• Verify Before You Book: You are strictly responsible for checking flight details, hotel policies, prices, passport/visa rules, and safety conditions with official sources before spending money or traveling.
• Third-Party Sourcing: Travel data is sourced from third-party partners and open web data. We do not guarantee its accuracy or real-time availability.

You agree to use tripproof.ai for personal, non-commercial travel planning only. When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Use automated scrapers, bots, or tools to extract data from our platform.
• Use AI Content or output from tripproof.ai to train competing machine learning models.
• Share account credentials or impersonate others.
• Violate any local, state, or international laws.

You retain ownership of any itineraries, travel preferences, or notes you submit (“User Submissions”). By posting or creating content on tripproof.ai, you grant Celaris Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process your inputs solely to provide and improve the Service.

We may generate aggregated or de-identified data from usage patterns to train and improve our algorithms. This data is processed so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual.

tripproof.ai contains links and API integrations with third-party providers (airlines, booking channels, mapping platforms like Google Maps). Any bookings or interactions you make with third parties are directly between you and that provider. Celaris Labs is not liable for third-party delays, cancellations, or service issues.

Basic features of tripproof.ai are free, though premium subscriptions or booking tools may carry fees. Payments are processed securely via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). Charges will be clearly disclosed prior to confirmation.

THE SERVICE AND ALL AI CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CELARIS LABS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled via individual binding arbitration rather than class action lawsuits.
